Tari Tari

Tari Tari follows five Japanese high school students standing on the threshold of adulthood, no longer children but not yet fully grown. Wakana Sakai once dedicated herself to music, but the loss of her mother drove her to abandon it entirely. Konatsu Miyamoto remains fiercely optimistic, pouring her passion for singing into after-school hours with the vocal music club. Their circle also includes Sawa Okita, a spirited member of the archery club who secretly dreams of becoming an equestrian, and Daichi Tanaka, a chronically late badminton player navigating life alongside his college-aged sister. Completing the group is Wiin, a recent transfer student returning to Wakana’s class after spending twelve years abroad in Austria. Though each student carries distinct ambitions and personal struggles, their paths intertwine through a shared connection to music. As they navigate the complexities of adolescence and the weight of their individual aspirations, this art form becomes the bridge that unites them. During their final summer of high school, Wakana, Konatsu, Sawa, and their friends come together to form an ensemble, discovering that collaboration and creativity can help them confront their pasts and embrace the future before graduation separates them forever.
