Before taking her own life, she left behind a written curse condemning the man who broke her heart, vowing that her wrath would haunt him and his descendants for generations to come. In the present day, the lingering consequences of that ancient tragedy finally resurface. Izou, a direct descendant of the ill-fated mask maker, makes a disturbing discovery at his family’s temple: the sacred guardian mask has mysteriously cracked. This fracture serves as a dark omen, signaling that the protective seal has been broken. With the barrier shattered, the vengeful spirit of the courtesan is unleashed upon the modern world. Bound by centuries of sorrow and fury, her ghost has returned to claim the one thing denied to her in life—her lover.
