Kyoto Shimogamo Kamisama No Isoro

Harumiya Moeko is a first-year high school student leading a quiet life with her relatives near the historic Shimogamo Shrine in Kyoto. To most, she appears to be an entirely ordinary teenager, but her world revolves around one central figure: her childhood friend, Kamori Ryo. Years ago, Ryo rescued her from danger when they were children, leaving an indelible mark on her heart. Now that he has grown into a handsome university student, Moeko’s admiration has blossomed into absolute devotion. She treats him as a living god, dedicating her peaceful days to what she affectionately considers her personal idol activities. For Moeko, these tranquil routines are everything. Yet, her serene existence is not without its mysteries. From time to time, a strange and enigmatic entity known only as the "god's servant" makes unexpected visits to her home. These unexplained encounters hint at something far beyond her everyday devotion, raising questions about the true nature of the world she inhabits just steps away from the ancient shrine. As the boundary between her adoration for Ryo and these supernatural intrusions begins to blur, Moeko must navigate a reality where the divine may be closer than she ever imagined.
