Selfish Romance

Hyeon-Do and Yu-Min are two ordinary individuals in their thirties navigating the painful aftermath of unexpected breakups. Despite parting ways with their respective partners for entirely different reasons, both still harbor deep, unresolved feelings for the people they left behind. Unable to move forward and unwilling to accept that their relationships are truly over, they find themselves clinging to the desperate hope of rekindling what was lost. Driven by longing and a touch of selfishness, Hyeon-Do and Yu-Min cross paths and strike up an unconventional alliance. Together, they devise a calculated scheme: they will pretend to be romantically involved with one another, staging a convincing fake relationship designed specifically to provoke jealousy in their exes. By flaunting this fabricated romance, they hope to manipulate their former lovers into realizing their mistakes and reaching out to win them back.
