In a private academy for highly gifted children, students Maki Takano and his friends Ryo, Natsume, and Mei have spent their entire lives isolated from the outside world, brought to the school at the age of three. However, their sheltered existence is shattered when a new student, Kiriko Hinatsu, arrives, and Maki inexplicably feels a sense of familiarity towards her.
