Although the request appears straightforward, it conceals deeper motives that become painfully apparent once Safinia declines the position, setting into motion a chain of devastating consequences that upend her world entirely. Following her refusal, tragedy strikes when Safinia’s father is falsely accused of robbery and subsequently murdered under mysterious circumstances. The sudden loss exposes the sinister reality behind the Poliziano family’s seemingly benign invitation, revealing that the initial approach was merely a prelude to a darker scheme. Now stripped of her protector and thrust into a treacherous landscape of deception and danger, Safinia must navigate the perilous intersection of aristocratic power and hidden malice while uncovering the truth behind her father’s unjust fate.
