Arita is completely taken aback when his junior, Hirose, unexpectedly confesses, "I love you." The revelation that the younger student has harbored deep romantic feelings for him leaves Arita reeling in shock and confusion. As he struggles to process this sudden admission, the weight of Hirose’s words feels both intensely passionate and painfully overwhelming, creating an emotional turbulence that Arita finds difficult to navigate or fully comprehend in the immediate aftermath of the confession. Despite the fervent intensity behind the confession, Hirose maintains his characteristically calm demeanor and cool exterior during their interactions. This stark contrast between his heated declarations and his composed, almost detached facial expressions adds a layer of complexity to their evolving dynamic. Gradually, Arita begins to look past the initial surprise and emotional discomfort, finding himself slowly opening his heart to the sincere affection being offered. Through these quiet moments of connection, the barrier between them starts to dissolve as Arita learns to accept the genuine devotion hidden beneath Hirose’s stoic facade.
