Akuma de Tenshi: Umare Kawatte mo Soba ni Itai

Exhausted by the monotonous routine of his existence in hell, a foolish devil chooses to end his life, only to awaken cradling an infant angel. This child is Ell, a deeply devoted and serious celestial being who has arrived with a singular purpose: to guide the devil back to heaven. The truth behind this mission is extraordinary—the devil was once an angel named Allen, Ell’s own twin brother. To restore him, a sacred ceremony must be performed to send his soul through the Gate of Reincarnation. If successful, Allen’s spirit will be purified, allowing him to reclaim his place among the angels. Yet, having fully embraced his demonic nature, the devil feels absolutely no desire to return. Despite his lack of memories and his complete transformation in both body and mind, traces of the past linger. One day, the devil inadvertently reminds Ell of the beloved brother he once knew. In that fleeting moment, as Ell’s heart races with overwhelming emotion, a miraculous shift occurs—his infant form suddenly matures into that of an adult. What follows is an unconventional romantic comedy exploring devotion, identity, and an unbreakable bond that transcends even the boundaries between heaven and hell.
