FUGA: Melodies of Steel

Set across a vast expanse of floating islands, this narrative unfolds in a world inhabited by two distinct races known as the Caninu and Felineko. Among them is Malt, a young Caninu boy who enjoys a tranquil existence alongside his younger sister, Mei, on their grandparents’ farm in the secluded village of Petit Mona. This idyllic peace is violently shattered when the Berman Empire launches a sudden assault, reducing their home to ashes in a single night. Left bewildered by the devastation and questioning how such tragedy could occur, Malt and his companions find themselves thrust into chaos until a mysterious voice emerges from a radio to guide them through the darkness. Amidst the raging flames of war, this group of children embarks on a desperate mission to rescue their captured families. They take command of Taranis, an enigmatic giant tank that becomes both their sanctuary and weapon against the imperial forces. Bound together by loss and determination, these young protagonists must navigate a brutal conflict far beyond their years, transforming their grief into resolve as they pilot the legendary machine across a fractured world to reclaim what was stolen from them.
