Gaijin-chan to Mushinkei Boyish-chan

Gaijin-chan to Mushinkei Boyish-chan follows the everyday experiences of a young foreign girl navigating life while constantly confronting the preconceived notions and stereotypes others project onto her. Rather than fitting neatly into the expectations of those around her, she must carve out her own identity in an environment that frequently reduces her to assumptions based solely on her background. Through her interactions—particularly with a carefree, boyish companion—the story explores the subtle challenges of being perceived as an outsider. It highlights the quiet friction between how she is seen by the world and who she truly is, offering a grounded look at the effort required to simply exist authentically when society insists on placing you in a box.
