The Executioner and Her Way of Life

The Lost Ones are mysterious wanderers transported from a distant realm known as Japan, arriving without explanation or warning. Their presence is universally feared, for they inevitably bring catastrophe and ruin to the world that receives them. Tasked with eliminating these otherworldly threats is Menou, a young Executioner who carries out her grim duty without hesitation or mercy. For her, each assignment is merely another routine execution until she encounters Akari, a seemingly ordinary girl who defies all expectations. Despite Menou’s expertise, she discovers to her astonishment that Akari cannot be killed by any conventional means. This unprecedented immortality forces the Executioner to abandon her standard methods and seek an alternative way to fulfill her mission. Rather than resisting, Akari cheerfully accompanies Menou on this quest, eager to travel alongside the very person sworn to end her life. What begins as a calculated search for a lethal solution gradually transforms into an unexpected journey that challenges Menou’s convictions and alters her destiny in ways she never anticipated.
