Tanaka: Nenrei Equal Kanojo Inaireki no Mahoutsukai - The Comic

Tanaka, a middle-aged man, is reincarnated into a fantasy game world equipped with healing magic as his unique cheat ability. Despite explicitly requesting to be reborn as a handsome hero, he awakens to find his appearance completely unchanged and decidedly unattractive. His new life begins inauspiciously when the town gatekeeper mistakes him for a suspicious individual and throws him in prison, setting a discouraging tone for his fresh start. Compounding his misfortune, every young woman he encounters treats him with cold indifference, leaving him socially isolated in this unfamiliar realm. Nevertheless, Tanaka refuses to let these setbacks dampen his spirits or derail his second chance at life. Rather than succumbing to despair over his lack of conventional appeal or social acceptance, he embraces his circumstances with unwavering optimism and determination. Armed with his powerful healing abilities and an unshakeable enthusiasm for fulfilling his long-held romantic fantasies, he presses forward on his adventure. Through sheer perseverance and an unabashed appreciation for the pleasures of this new world, Tanaka carves out a uniquely satisfying journey that defies both his outward appearance and society’s initial rejection.
