Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu: Love Comedy ga Hajimaranai

This spin-off shifts the spotlight to Kana Ichikawa, Kyotaro’s older sister, as she navigates a social life that has always been exclusively female. Despite being surrounded by a lively circle of gal friends, Kana has never formed a meaningful connection with a boy and has long since abandoned any hope of romantic popularity. Resigned to this reality, she has chosen to focus entirely on personal fulfillment and enjoying her daily life without the expectation of finding a partner or experiencing traditional young love. However, her carefully constructed acceptance of solitude begins to waver when subtle signs suggest that someone may harbor secret feelings for her. This unexpected possibility challenges her long-held assumptions about romance and forces her to reconsider whether the youthful love she missed during her teenage years might still be within reach. As Kana tentatively explores this unfamiliar emotional territory, she must reconcile her independent lifestyle with the vulnerable prospect of opening her heart to someone new, potentially allowing a long-delayed romantic comedy to finally begin.
