In a future Japan plagued by overpopulation, scientists pinpoint the root of the problem to Junta Monamari, a notorious "Mega-Playboy" who fathered over a hundred children, each inheriting his promiscuous gene. To rectify the situation, a "DNA Operator" named Karin Aoi is sent back in time with a mission to alter Junta's DNA by shooting him with a special bullet called DCM, suppressing the Mega-Playboy gene and preventing a catastrophic population explosion. In return, Karin is promised a substantial sum of money to fulfill her dreams. However, as she navigates her mission, Karin finds herself torn between her duty to alter Junta's fate and her growing feelings for the man himself, as well as her complicated bond with Ami, a kind and long-suffering woman who has secretly loved Junta all her life. Will Karin s쳮d in her mission, or will Junta succumb to his predetermined path, shaping the future of Japan in unforeseen ways.
