Undead Unluck

Fuuko’s greatest desire is to experience a sweeping romance reminiscent of her beloved shojo manga, yet her unique ability known as Unluck renders any genuine connection impossible. Every attempt at closeness ends in disaster, leaving her isolated and hopeless. Just as she reaches her lowest point, an eccentric man named Andy abruptly crashes into her life, quite literally sweeping her off her feet. Rather than offering the fairy-tale love Fuuko craves, Andy reveals his own startling agenda. As an immortal being desperate for a permanent death, he views Fuuko’s misfortune-inducing power as his ultimate salvation. She quickly finds herself transformed into his unwilling test subject, dragged along as he relentlessly searches for a way to trigger a catastrophic stroke of Unluck powerful enough to finally end his existence. However, their bizarre partnership soon attracts dangerous attention. The duo discovers that a mysterious secret organization has begun actively hunting them down. With assassins closing in and survival becoming their immediate priority, Andy’s quest for a final resting place must be temporarily shelved. Together, they are forced to navigate a treacherous new reality where staying alive takes precedence over dying.
