Okama Hakusho

Shinya Okama, an ordinary college student, is lured into working at a gay bar through the scheming of his friend Tanaka. What begins as a deceptive setup takes an unexpected turn when Shinya discovers he looks remarkably charming in drag under the persona of "Catherine." However, his brief fascination with his own reflection fades the moment he meets Miki, an innocent young woman who frequents the establishment. Strikingly, Miki bears an uncanny resemblance to Catherine herself, and Shinya falls for her instantly. The two quickly form a connection, but their budding relationship is built on a complicated foundation. Miki knows Shinya only as Catherine, completely unaware of his true identity. Complicating matters further, she already has a boyfriend whose primary interest in her appears purely physical. Refusing to surrender his chance at romance, Shinya embarks on a determined campaign to grow closer to Miki while secretly working to sabotage her boyfriend's advances, all without ever revealing the truth behind the mask he wears.
