Bird and Wolf

Born into the harsh reality of slavery, Kagi is a wolf who harbors a deep passion for writing and an unyielding desire to be free. Despite the oppressive chains that bind him, his spirit remains untamed, fueled by the stories he creates and the dream of a life beyond servitude. For Kagi, freedom is not merely a distant hope but a burning necessity that drives his every thought and action. His world shifts when he encounters Yoa, a bird who shares the same cruel fate of enslavement. Yet, where Kagi sees a cage to be broken, Yoa sees only the boundaries of his existence. Having long since surrendered to the weight of his circumstances, the bird has quietly accepted his life in servitude, finding no reason to resist the order imposed upon him. Their shared status as slaves binds them together, but their opposing philosophies threaten to drive them apart. As these two individuals navigate the brutal realities of their confined lives, they are forced to confront each other's deeply held beliefs. Kagi’s relentless pursuit of liberation clashes directly with Yoa’s quiet resignation, creating a profound tension between them. Ultimately, the story explores what fate holds for two captives whose conflicting views on survival and freedom could either forge an unbreakable bond or seal their tragic destinies.
