Kotou Buchou

Komatsu is a twenty-two-year-old woman who has only recently entered the workforce after graduating. Her transition into professional life, however, takes an unexpected and harrowing turn when she finds herself stranded on a remote, uninhabited island. Making her predicament even more unbearable is the fact that she is not alone—she is trapped alongside Kotou, her department head and a boss she absolutely despises. Far removed from the structured environment of their office, the two are suddenly stripped of corporate hierarchies and forced to confront the raw realities of survival. With no rescue in sight and the harsh elements of the deserted island pressing in around them, Komatsu must navigate a deeply uncomfortable dilemma. The very man she loathes is now the only other human being she can rely upon. To endure the unforgiving wilderness, they have no choice but to set aside their mutual animosity and cooperate. Their shared struggle for survival demands teamwork, transforming a toxic workplace dynamic into a desperate fight for life where trust and collaboration are no longer optional, but essential.
