Virtual-kun wa Otonari-san kara Nigetai

University student and virtual streamer Haru has finally secured the living situation of his dreams: a completely soundproof apartment where he can broadcast freely. On his moving day, he encounters his next-door neighbor, Tsukasa. Initially, Haru is immensely relieved to find that Tsukasa presents himself as a stylish and pleasant young man. That fragile peace shatters on the very first night. During a live broadcast, Haru carelessly steps out onto his balcony, only to be caught red-handed by Tsukasa. Panicked by the prospect of his secret double life being exposed, Haru desperately begs his neighbor to keep the information to himself. Instead of showing sympathy, Tsukasa flashes a knowing sneer and weaponizes the situation to his advantage. Agreeing to keep the secret on one condition, he issues a shocking demand: "I'll keep it a secret, so go out with me." Trapped by his own carelessness, Haru finds himself forced into a high-stakes entanglement with the very neighbor he thought was a safe bet.
