Witnessing this moment of genuine heartbreak sparks an immediate infatuation within An, transforming her perception of the unlucky educator from a distant authority figure into someone she desperately wants to comfort and connect with on a deeper level. However, winning over the pitiful teacher proves far more challenging than An anticipates, as his painful rejection has left him emotionally guarded and resistant to new affection. Despite her earnest efforts to bridge the distance between them, Furuya remains cautious and difficult to sway, creating a complex dynamic where student devotion clashes with professional boundaries and personal trauma.
