Mahou Tsukai no Oshigoto

In the year 20XX, Japan is forever altered by the sudden emergence of mysterious spatial anomalies—interdimensional rifts that bridge the human world with countless other realms. Through these gateways, a vast array of otherworldly entities begins to pour in, including magicians, demons, mechanical beings, and various fantastical creatures. With no means of returning to their origins, these displaced visitors are forced to remain on Earth. As the years pass, Japanese society gradually adapts to this unprecedented reality, integrating the supernatural arrivals into everyday life until their presence is no longer considered extraordinary. Among the many individuals swept through one of these dimensional fractures is Henrietta, an exceptionally unlucky witch who finds herself abruptly stranded in modern-day Japan. Cut off from her home realm and entirely devoid of any method to reverse her journey, she must navigate a society vastly different from anything she has ever known. Surrounded by both humans and fellow interdimensional transplants, Henrietta faces the daunting challenge of forging a new existence in an unfamiliar world. Her story follows the trials and tribulations of a magic user attempting to carve out a livelihood and find her place in a contemporary landscape where the impossible has simply become routine.
