Nouka Suitai no Kikairon-teki Sekaikan ni Kansuru Ikkousatsu

In this dystopian one-shot by Kago, humanity has transitioned to an era where most individuals are artificially manufactured rather than born naturally. Natural birth is now relegated to impoverished ghettos, where infants are routinely abandoned and left to fend for themselves in a decaying societal underclass. Against this bleak backdrop, the narrative opens with a woman confiding in her therapist about her husband’s sudden emotional and physical withdrawal, specifically his refusal to engage in sexual intimacy. What begins as a domestic counseling session quickly spirals into a harrowing account of the traumatic incident responsible for her husband’s psychological collapse. The story reveals that he was involved in a catastrophic car accident that inadvertently unleashed a dangerous experimental creation: a breed of genetically engineered, hyper-intelligent killer babies. This unforeseen disaster serves as the grim catalyst for the narrative, intertwining personal marital breakdown with the broader horrors of unchecked bioengineering in a mechanized world.
