Genichi Tomita, a dedicated newspaper reporter, finds his life taking an unexpected turn when he is transferred to a quiet rural town. However, upon arriving at the provided address, his hopes for a comfortable new home are dashed. Instead of a livable residence, he is greeted by nothing more than a dilapidated, rundown house, leaving him entirely at a loss as to what to do next. Just as Genichi stands bewildered before the crumbling building, a striking young woman suddenly appears. Shuri Nakazato is a vibrant gyaru who, rather than sporting typical city fashion, is dressed head-to-toe in practical farm work clothes. Her unexpected arrival marks the beginning of a charming and relaxed romantic comedy set against the backdrop of the countryside.
