The dedicated and serious student council president finds his daily responsibilities increasingly complicated by the antics of the student council secretary. Despite his best efforts to maintain order and uphold school regulations, the secretary’s unpredictable behavior consistently disrupts his carefully planned routines, leaving him perpetually exasperated and struggling to manage both administrative duties and personal composure. Yet beneath the surface tension lies an unexpected harmony between the two officers. Their interactions reveal a peculiar synchronicity that defies their contrasting personalities, suggesting a deeper connection that neither fully acknowledges nor understands. This unspoken rapport complicates the president’s frustration, as he begins to recognize that their dynamic, though maddening, functions with an intuitive rhythm that somehow keeps the student council operating effectively despite the chaos.
