Maria

Maria is a young girl attending a Christian private school, where her life is marked by hardship and uncertainty. Her mother's illness has left her hospitalized, and the family's financial struggles are alleviated only by the support of a mysterious benefactor known as "Daddy Long-Legs." The terms of his assistance are clear: in exchange for his financial aid, Maria is expected to become his bride upon reaching adulthood. As Maria navigates her daily life, she cannot help but wonder about the identity of this enigmatic figure. Is he the doctor attending to her mother, a stranger, or perhaps someone closer to her, such as a boy from school? The truth about "Daddy Long-Legs" remains a mystery, leaving Maria to ponder the circumstances of her life and the fate that awaits her.
