Relunda has spent her entire life overshadowed by her twin sister, a girl celebrated for her radiant beauty and bright personality. While her sister was warmly welcomed into the Great Temple to be raised as a shrine maiden, Relunda faced a far crueler fate. Deemed unworthy by her own parents, she was callously abandoned and left to fend for herself in the depths of a vast, unforgiving forest. Cast aside and utterly alone, Relunda resigns herself to despair in the wilderness. However, her solitude is unexpectedly interrupted when she encounters the forest's most formidable inhabitants. Rather than falling prey to the dangers lurking among the trees, she finds salvation in the most unlikely of allies. A griffon, recognized as the strongest monster in the forest, alongside a majestic sky horse, steps forward to protect and comfort the forsaken girl. Together, these powerful creatures offer Relunda the companionship and care that her family so heartlessly denied her. No longer just a discarded child weeping in the shadows, she begins a new chapter of her life embraced by mythical beasts. What started as a tragic abandonment slowly transforms into an extraordinary journey, hinting that the girl they threw away may possess a hidden significance all her own.
