Star Blacks

In the year 2999, humanity has forgotten the existence of God, and the Church is on the verge of being dismantled. For Kisaki Aragaki, a 17-year-old high school student, the Church is a sanctuary where she can find solace and guidance from the Church's compassionate Sister. However, when Kisaki witnesses the Church's demolition, she encounters a terrifying Oni, a malevolent entity that has possessed one of the workers. Her father, Kenzo, reveals to Kisaki that she is the reincarnation of her ancestral heroine, destined to wield the legendary Katana of Oni, a powerful Japanese saber forged to vanquish these malevolent beings. With this revelation, Kisaki assumes the mantle of her ancestor's legacy and prepares to face the Oni head-on, armed with the Katana of Oni and a newfound determination to protect the world from the forces of darkness.
