Kyaba Jou Dakedo JD ni Otosaremashita

Yuki Izumimori works as a hostess at a cabaret club in Tokyo, relying on her sharp charm and exceptional customer service skills to earn a living. Haunted by a childhood incident that left her with a deep-seated hatred of poverty, she has dedicated herself entirely to accumulating wealth, firmly believing that money is the only thing that truly matters in life. However, her carefully constructed worldview is thrown into disarray after she drinks far too much at a work event. Waking up the next morning in a rundown apartment, Yuki makes a startling discovery: the person she spent the night with is not a wealthy patron, but a penniless college student named Hotaru Kitakata. To make matters even more shocking for Yuki, Hotaru is a girl. Despite her initial disbelief, Yuki finds herself inexplicably drawn to Hotaru’s earnest and pure-hearted nature, leaving her deeply conflicted about her lifelong obsession with financial security. Forced to reconsider everything she thought she knew about happiness and success, Yuki struggles to reconcile her ambitious lifestyle with her growing feelings for someone who has nothing. This charming yuri comedy follows the unexpected romantic entanglement between a money-driven cabaret hostess and the broke university student who completely turns her world upside down.
