My Boss Only Gets Flustered Around Me

Hiyakawa is a strikingly handsome man whose perpetual scowl strikes fear into the hearts of everyone in the office. To his coworkers, he is an intimidating and unapproachable figure, commanding respect through sheer presence alone. However, his carefully maintained professional facade completely unravels whenever Tetsuhara Miori is near. Instead of the stoic leader everyone else sees, Hiyakawa transforms into a clumsy, careless version of himself, frequently blurting out his unfiltered thoughts without any regard for workplace decorum. For Tetsuhara, navigating her daily responsibilities becomes an unexpectedly endearing challenge as she finds herself managing not just her workload, but also a boss who constantly mumbles, bumbles, and blushes in her presence. The stark contrast between his terrifying reputation and his awkward behavior around her creates a series of charmingly uncomfortable situations that neither of them can easily escape. As these sweet and hilariously awkward days unfold, the dynamic between the perpetually flustered manager and his bewildered subordinate blossoms into something entirely unique. This workplace romantic comedy explores the delightful complications that arise when the most feared man in the company reserves all his vulnerability for one specific employee.
