Kawahara Kachou to Gyaru Buka-chan

For twenty years, Section Manager Kawahara has built his career on discipline, dedication, and a strict adherence to the rules. He is the picture of a serious corporate professional, quietly managing his responsibilities without complaint. However, his orderly world is thrown into chaos when a new subordinate joins the company—a vibrant, unapologetic gal who seems determined to break every unwritten rule of office conduct. From her flashy hair and daringly short skirt to her glittering nails and heavily decorated employee ID card, she is a walking violation of Kawahara’s professional sensibilities. She talks incessantly, constantly invades his personal space, and barely manages to meet her deadlines. More concerned with racking up social media likes and snapping selfies than following instructions, she refuses to listen to anything he says. Yet, out of all her troublesome habits, the most exasperating is her relentless desire to tease him. Despite his best efforts to maintain authority, this energetic young woman keeps finding new ways to mess with her stoic manager, turning his once-peaceful work life into an endless test of patience.
