Shinyuutte Soko Made Shinakucha Ikenai No?

Takahashi Kento and Tanaka Issei have shared an unbreakable bond since their elementary school days, navigating life together as lifelong best friends. However, their ordinary dynamic is abruptly shattered when Issei receives a devastating medical diagnosis. He discovers that he is afflicted with a rare condition that will cause his genitals to progressively shrink, presenting him with a deeply distressing physical dilemma that threatens both his health and his sense of self. Desperate for a solution, Issei approaches Kento with an incredibly intimate and unconventional request. Believing that targeted prostate massage could potentially slow the progression of the disease, he asks his trusted friend to perform the procedure on him. Naturally, Kento is taken aback by the proposition and initially refuses, struggling with the uncomfortable boundaries such an act would cross between them. Yet, as the gravity of Issei’s condition sets in, Kento comes to a difficult realization: this unusual method is the only available way to help the person he cares about most. Setting aside his reservations, Kento ultimately agrees to assist Issei, transforming their long-standing friendship into something far more complex as they face this extraordinary challenge together.
