Koori no Mamono no Monogatari

For decades, the demon Blood remained imprisoned within a frozen cave, bound by an ancient curse. Seeking liberation, he embarked on a desperate search for the legendary "tear jewel." His solitary existence was interrupted by the arrival of Ishuca, a terminally ill young man who had wandered into the cavern to spend his final moments in peace. Deeply moved by the youth's unexpected compassion, Blood found himself drawn to him. When death inevitably claimed Ishuca, the grieving demon wept, and his tears miraculously crystallized into the very jewel he sought. Its power restored Ishuca to life, binding their fates together as they set out on a shared journey. Along the way, Blood crossed paths with former companions from his dark past. However, these demons demanded he revert to his ruthless nature, and when he refused—choosing instead to remain by Ishuca's side—they turned against him. After revealing his violent history to Ishuca, Blood swore a solemn vow never to take another human life. Having completed their initial travels, the pair now pursue a new objective: locating a specific gem requested by Wild, a mysterious jewel dealer. This quest leads them to the perilous Toei Cliffs, where unforeseen dangers await.
