Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian

At Seiren Private Academy, Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou is revered as the “solitary princess.” A half-Russian beauty distinguished by her striking silver hair, she consistently ranks at the top of her class and serves as the student council accountant. Despite her impressive achievements, she maintains an icy, unapproachable demeanor. Curiously, she has taken it upon herself to discipline the chronically unmotivated student seated beside her. Masachika Kuze is a perpetual source of frustration for her, frequently caught napping during lessons or arriving without his textbooks. To the rest of the school, he appears to be nothing more than a thoroughly unremarkable slacker unworthy of her attention. Beneath her stern exterior, however, Alya harbors a surprising fondness for Masachika, even allowing him the rare privilege of using her nickname. When her emotions overwhelm her composure, she mutters affectionate confessions in Russian under her breath, confident that none of her classmates understand the language. It is her perfect secret—except for one critical oversight. Unbeknownst to her, Masachika comprehends every single word. Rather than revealing his fluency, he quietly endures her embarrassing declarations while feigning complete ignorance, left to decipher the true meaning behind the silver-haired princess’s hidden affections.
