Hanikami Triangle

High school student Hiroshi Minakami has been living alone since his father departed for overseas work, leaving him convinced that fortune has completely abandoned him. Desperate to reverse his streak of misfortune, he takes an old friend’s advice to heart and attempts to improve his luck by helping those in need. He rescues an abused kitten, assists a woman collecting charitable donations, and tends to a neglected cherry tree, yet each well-intentioned act only seems to worsen his already dismal circumstances rather than bring the relief he seeks. His fortunes shift dramatically one night when three supernatural beings suddenly appear before him: a lovely cat fairy, a beautiful crane nymph, and an adorable little goddess. Each of these mysterious visitors confesses their affection for him, transforming his lonely existence into an overwhelming romantic dilemma. What follows is the start of a delightfully awkward love comedy, as Hiroshi finds himself at the center of an embarrassing tripartite romance with three devoted supernatural suitors who have inexplicably fallen for the unluckiest boy in town.
