A Very Inappropriate Lease Agreement

Upon assuming the role of caretaker for his family’s apartment building, Gavin receives a lighthearted yet provocative piece of advice from his parents: he should consider marrying any tenant who captures his heart. What begins as a humorous remark quickly transforms into a complicated reality when, on his very first day, he encounters five remarkably attractive women residing in the complex. Among them is his childhood crush, a figure from his past whose sudden reappearance adds an unexpected layer of emotional complexity to his new responsibilities and living arrangements. The close proximity inherent in shared residential life creates an environment where professional boundaries and personal desires inevitably collide. Gavin must navigate the delicate balance between his duties as a building manager and the intense temptations that arise from living alongside such captivating individuals. As daily interactions deepen and old feelings resurface, the distinction between landlord and potential partner becomes increasingly blurred, setting the stage for a narrative driven by romantic tension, nostalgic longing, and the challenges of maintaining composure in an intimately charged domestic setting.
