Veteran Shougakusei Takashi

For eleven consecutive years, Takashi Mochizuki has failed to accomplish a single, seemingly simple classroom objective: leaving no food behind on his plate. Trapped in an endless loop of academic stagnation due to this peculiar shortcoming, he remains stuck in the fourth grade despite having officially turned twenty years old. Now a veteran elementary school student navigating the awkward reality of being a full-grown adult among children, Takashi continues his daily struggle to finally clear his plate and move forward in life. His unusual existence takes an unexpected turn when a familiar face walks into his classroom. Asahina Megumi, a former classmate from Takashi’s past and the very first person to capture his heart, suddenly reappears in his life. However, she is no longer a fellow student sitting at the desk beside him. Now twenty years old herself, Megumi returns to the school not as a peer, but as his brand-new homeroom teacher. This surprising reunion forces Takashi to confront his lingering childhood feelings while navigating the bizarre dynamic of being taught by his former classmate and first love.
