Those Not-So-Sweet Boys

On her very first day of high school, a diligent student named Midori loses her wallet, only to have it returned by a helpful new classmate named Ichijo. Eager to express her gratitude, she quickly discovers that thanking him will not be easy. Ichijo belongs to an inseparable trio of boys who never seem to attend class. Whispers circulate among the student body claiming the three were effectively expelled due to their unruly behavior, leaving them as outcasts within the school. Ironically, the hardworking Midori finds her own enrollment in jeopardy. To financially support her family, she secretly holds a part-time job—a direct violation of strict academy regulations. Her double life comes crashing down when the chairman of the school board catches her leaving her shift. Rather than immediately expelling her, he offers a conditional pardon: Midori must convince the three notorious truants to return to their studies. Faced with losing her education and her ability to help her family, she accepts the daunting bargain. What initially seems like a straightforward task soon reveals itself to be anything but simple, as the studious girl steps into the unpredictable world of three deeply troublesome boys.
