Senpai wa Kigae ga Dekinai

Kaneko Ayaki is a talented graphic designer navigating the everyday demands of her professional life. Working alongside her in the same environment is Kurihara Fumi, a programmer who holds the position of Ayaki’s senpai. Despite their distinct roles within the workplace, the two women share a unique and unexpectedly personal dynamic that sets them apart from typical colleagues. The central premise of their relationship revolves around a peculiar daily necessity: Kurihara is entirely unable to change her clothes on her own. To assist her senior colleague with this surprisingly intimate struggle, Ayaki steps in to help her dress and change throughout the day. This ongoing routine transforms a simple workplace interaction into a distinctive bond between the creative designer and the technical programmer, blending their professional lives with moments of quiet, personal care.
