Kowamote Koukousei to Jimiko-san

Ten years ago, a handsome young boy moved away from Sachi’s life, leaving behind only memories. Now twenty-six years old, Sachi works as the manager of a small, quiet flower shop. Her ordinary routine is abruptly interrupted one evening just as she is closing up for the night. A high school student suddenly approaches her, and to her shock, he bears an incredibly intimidating, terrifying expression. Despite his fearsome appearance, he speaks with earnest familiarity, declaring that he has finally returned for her, exactly as he promised a decade ago. The boy who once charmed her as a child has grown into a remarkably masculine and sincere young man, though his frightening face stands in stark contrast to his devoted heart. Sachi, by comparison, considers herself a thoroughly plain and unremarkable woman, completely unaccustomed to such intense attention. Yet, beneath his daunting exterior lies a deeply genuine affection that he has carried all these years. As this earnest, tough-looking student pursues the modest florist manager, their unexpected reunion blossoms into a heartwarming romance. Their contrasting personalities set the stage for a tender, emotionally rich love story where true feelings ultimately shine brighter than any outward appearance.
