Animation has an unstoppable universality. The most unusual things in the world can happen in the animated world; from dinosaurs in the Jurassic era to aliens in outer space, they can all chase each other in the same picture. Animation’s characteristic of encompassing all kinds of bizarre fantasies makes men, women and children from Yugoslavia to Japan, from South America to Scandinavia happy to use this most imaginative medium to express their fantasies. This medium has been deeply integrated into our lives and transformed into millions of different appearances. This book starts from the origin of animation, gives a preliminary introduction to the history of animation in various countries around the world, and outlines the life of an internationally renowned animation master. Finally, it tells us that in addition to appreciating animation, there are other ways to get close to animation.
