Monster-Colored Island

Middle school student Kon Chigawa has spent her entire life on the small, isolated island where she was born, never venturing beyond its shores and never expecting to. Ostracized by her classmates, she lives a solitary existence without any experience of romance or companionship. Her quiet routine is abruptly shattered when she encounters Furuka, a girl from the city, standing at the edge of a seaside cliff. A sudden accident sends them both plunging into the ocean below, forcing Kon to desperately resuscitate the stranger after pulling her from the water. When they finally regain their senses, the two girls find themselves inexplicably standing before a cave rumored to be inhabited by monsters—a secluded spot where Kon frequently spends her time alone. This strange displacement marks the beginning of an unsettling shift in their reality. As Kon and Furuka navigate their unexpected bond, bizarre and unexplained phenomena begin to unfold across the island, transforming Kon’s once-predictable world into something far more mysterious and dangerous.
