Amachin wa Jishou ♂

Tatsumi begins his high school journey alongside his longtime childhood friend, Kokoro Amasawa—affectionately known by the nickname Ama-chin. While entering a new academic chapter is typically a straightforward milestone for any teenager, Tatsumi’s experience is uniquely complicated by the striking presence of his closest companion. Despite being a boy, Ama-chin possesses an extraordinarily feminine appearance that consistently catches others off guard. He favors wearing trousers and carries himself with a distinct charm that deliberately blurs conventional lines. Far from being passive about his unique presentation, he actively delights in toying with the assumptions of everyone around him, turning every social interaction into an opportunity to playfully subvert expectations regarding his gender. For Tatsumi, navigating the unfamiliar halls of high school means constantly managing the surprise and confusion generated by his childhood friend's antics. As classmates and teachers alike struggle to reconcile Ama-chin's delicate features with his true identity, Tatsumi finds himself drawn into a daily routine defined by lighthearted mischief. Together, the two friends embark on a memorable school life where appearances are endlessly deceiving, and societal norms are routinely challenged by one remarkably pretty boy.
