Twenty-two-year-old Shirou Oka is on the final day of his university life as a computer science student. For some time, he has noticed a high school girl riding the same train, always engrossed in a programming book. Finally gathering the courage to approach her, he reaches out but clumsily catches her bag instead, sending its contents spilling across the floor. Among the scattered music player and books lies something entirely unexpected: an adult novelty item. Humiliated and tearful, the girl snatches the object and quickly flees the scene. Determined to put the embarrassing encounter behind him, Shirou resolves to focus entirely on his future. He prepares to step into the professional world, ready to begin his new career as a system engineer and leave his awkward mistake in the past. However, fate has other plans for the aspiring programmer.
