Student Council's Discretion

At Hekiyo Private Academy, the student council is not formed through traditional elections or academic merit. Instead, its members are chosen entirely by a school-wide popularity contest. As a result, the council is composed exclusively of beautiful girls who have won the favor of the student body. However, there is one notable exception to this rule: Ken Sugisaki, the sole male member of the group. Unlike his female peers, Ken did not secure his position through charm or widespread appeal. He earned his seat on the council the hard way, achieving the top grades in the entire academy. Now surrounded by popular and attractive classmates, Ken has only one true ambition—he intends to use his unique position to build his very own harem. What follows is a lighthearted and casual school story centered around this highly unconventional student council. Rather than tackling serious administrative duties, the group spends their time engaging in relaxed, everyday antics. Through Ken’s comedic perspective, the series explores the humorous dynamic between the academically driven boy and the effortlessly popular girls who govern Hekiyo Private Academy.
