Akiharu is a university student with a passionate hobby: writing boys' love novels. As a devoted fudanshi who thrives on shipping his favorite characters, he spends his days happily indulging in romantic delusions about the pairings he adores. His ultimate dream is simply to be a silent observer—a figurative wall—watching over his beloved couple from afar as their relationship blossoms. For a time, it seems as though this modest fantasy has finally come true, allowing him to bask in the joy of his imagined romance without interference. However, Akiharu’s peaceful existence is shattered when the "uke" of his cherished pairing suddenly reveals a shocking truth that turns his carefully constructed fantasies upside down. The revelation proves that reality can be far stranger and more unpredictable than even his wildest delusions. Forced to confront a situation he never could have written himself, Akiharu finds his role as a mere spectator completely upended. This heartwarming comedy follows a dedicated fan whose imaginary world collides with unexpected truths, ushering in a brand-new era of hilarious and heartfelt chaos for one lovestruck otaku.
