The Ghost Doctor

High school student Mujin never imagined his life would change after a frantic escape from the emergency room, but everything shifts when he walks away with a mystical scalpel. Bound to the artifact is Aclé, the lingering spirit of a brilliant physician from the 1950s. Now inseparable, the unlikely pair must navigate their bizarre new reality together. Combining Aclé’s decades of medical expertise with Mujin’s natural boldness, they begin to thrive—effortlessly acing academic exams and secretly saving lives along the way. However, their remarkable success does not go unnoticed. Mujin’s sudden display of extraordinary talent quickly attracts dangerous scrutiny from powerful figures, ranging from ruthless mafia syndicates to highly esteemed medical professionals desperate to claim his abilities for themselves. The critical catch is that no one in this growing circle of admirers and adversaries knows Aclé even exists, leaving Mujin to shoulder the illusion entirely alone. As threats multiply and the shadow of death seems to follow their every move, the fragile partnership faces its ultimate test. With enemies closing in and secrets becoming increasingly difficult to protect, Mujin and Aclé must determine how long they can sustain this perilous charade before the truth catches up with them.
