Yuusha no Kawari ni Maou Toubatsu Shitara Tegara wo Yokodoroi Saremashita

Arga served as a dedicated member of the hero’s party, concealing his true identity throughout their perilous quest to subjugate the Demon King. After a long and grueling journey, the group finally cornered their ultimate target. When the decisive moment arrived, it was Arga who struck the final blow, successfully bringing down the Demon King and ending the threat that had loomed over the realm. However, victory quickly turned to betrayal. The hero arrogantly claimed sole credit for slaying the Demon King, stealing the glory that rightfully belonged to Arga. To ensure his false narrative remained unchallenged, the hero fabricated baseless charges against Arga, condemning him for crimes he never committed and banishing him from the Imperial Palace. Stripped of his standing and cast out by the very leader he had devoted his life to serving, the loyal warrior found himself entirely alone. With his past erased and his loyalty repaid with treachery, Arga is forced to leave everything behind. Now exiled and unrecognized, he sets out to forge an entirely new path for himself, beginning a quiet, unfamiliar life in a remote country town far from the kingdom that wronged him.
