Sora no Aosa wo Shiru Hito yo

Set in a quiet mountain town, the story follows Aoi Aioi, a second-year high school student with dreams of becoming a musician. Thirteen years ago, a tragic accident claimed the lives of her parents, prompting her older sister, Akane, to abandon her plans of moving to Tokyo with her then-boyfriend, Shinnosuke Kanomura. Choosing family over ambition, Akane stayed behind to raise Aoi alone. Ever since that sacrifice, Aoi has carried a heavy sense of indebtedness toward her sister, shaping her daily life and aspirations. The fragile balance of their world begins to shift when Aoi is invited by Dankichi, a renowned enka singer, to perform as a session musician at an upcoming music festival. Around the same time, Shinnosuke—now a struggling guitarist—unexpectedly returns to the town after years of absence, reopening old wounds for Akane. Complicating matters further, a mysterious boy named Shinno suddenly appears. He is, inexplicably, the younger version of Shinnosuke who has traveled thirteen years from the past into the present. As these intertwined timelines collide, Aoi finds herself experiencing love for the very first time, caught between her gratitude for her sister, her musical ambitions, and an impossible romance.
