Desperate to escape an overwhelming romantic dilemma, Tang Tang finds himself cornered when two girls, Xia Yiyi and Qiu Mang, confess their feelings for him at the exact same time. Unable to accept either confession without causing chaos, he panics and fabricates a bold excuse, claiming that he simply has no interest in women. However, neither girl is willing to back down so easily. Refusing to take his words at face value, they issue a firm ultimatum: Tang Tang must provide undeniable proof of his claim if he wants them to drop the matter. Caught in a web of his own making, Tang Tang realizes he needs a convincing performance to sell his lie and finally rid himself of these unwanted advances. He turns to his friend Chen Qingye, pleading for help to stage a fake relationship that will serve as the evidence the girls demand. Although Chen Qingye consistently tries to exercise restraint and distance himself from the absurdity of the plan, he ultimately finds himself unable to refuse. Time and again, he caves to Tang Tang's persistent propositions, agreeing to play along in a charade that grows increasingly complicated as the two friends attempt to maintain their deceptive act.
