Haru is a young boy navigating the challenges of an unfamiliar environment after relocating to a new town alongside his mother. As a recent transfer student, he is already tasked with the difficult process of adapting to a different school and establishing himself among peers he has never met before. This period of transition demands resilience as he works to find his footing in a place where everything feels entirely foreign. However, the ordinary struggles of settling into a new life are abruptly upended by a bizarre and inexplicable event. Without any warning or logical explanation, Haru’s mother undergoes a sudden physical transformation, reverting her body to the exact age of her ten-year-old son. The woman who was once his parental guardian now appears to be nothing more than another child his own age. This extraordinary shift completely dismantles the traditional boundaries of their relationship, forcing both of them to confront an unprecedented reality. Haru must now figure out how to navigate daily life, schooling, and their shared living situation when his mother looks indistinguishable from his new classmates. What began as a simple move quickly evolves into a surreal dilemma, challenging the young boy to adapt to a world where the roles within his family have been visually and fundamentally altered.
